Owl Strategic AI

Privacy Policy

How Owl Strategic AI collects, uses, shares, and safeguards information across this website and our managed acquisition services.

Effective September 22, 2026 · Last updated September 22, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Owl Strategic AI (“Owl,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit this website, submit an inquiry, communicate with our team, or interact with marketing and acquisition programs we manage for business clients.

Client engagements may also be governed by separate contracts, instructions, and privacy notices. Where a client determines why and how information is used, that client’s privacy notice may also apply.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

Our consultation form collects your full name, company name, phone number, email address, and the information you include in the message field. We may also collect information you provide by email, during a consultation, or in later business communications.

Website and technical information

Our hosting, security, and website service providers may process information such as IP address, device and browser type, referring page, pages viewed, timestamps, and diagnostic or security events. They may use cookies or similar technologies as needed to operate, secure, and measure the site.

Prospect and consumer information

For managed acquisition programs, information may come from client-provided sources, licensed third-party data providers, publicly available sources, permitted digital engagement data, and campaign results. Depending on the program, this may include contact, demographic, household, business, interest, audience, and engagement attributes. The specific information used varies by client, campaign, approved purpose, and applicable requirements.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account information, medical records, or other sensitive information through the website contact form.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • respond to inquiries and schedule consultations;
  • evaluate potential client fit and manage business relationships;
  • develop, operate, measure, and improve approved acquisition and marketing programs;
  • identify, score, and prioritize audiences for client campaigns;
  • deliver and evaluate outreach through approved channels;
  • maintain opt-out, deletion, and suppression controls;
  • protect our systems, prevent misuse, and troubleshoot the website; and
  • meet contractual, legal, and regulatory obligations.

4. The 250,000,000+ record acquisition environment

The “250,000,000+ consumer records” statement describes the scale of records that may be available across Owl’s data environment and permitted sources. It does not mean that every record is used in every campaign, that every record represents a unique person, or that every attribute is current or appropriate for every purpose.

Our operating model is designed around four governance practices:

Data sourcingReview permitted sources, intended uses, and client responsibilities.
Privacy controlsApply relevant suppression, opt-out, deletion, and channel requirements.
Outreach rulesConfigure approved channels, messaging, consent requirements, and escalation paths.
Human oversightKeep accountable people involved in program design and customer-facing decisions.

Our services use this information for marketing and customer-acquisition purposes. Clients are responsible for using outputs in accordance with their contracts, their own notices, and applicable law.

5. When we share information

We may share information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including with:

  • clients for whom we operate an approved campaign or provide services;
  • service providers that support hosting, email, security, analytics, data processing, communications, campaign operations, or professional services;
  • legal and safety recipients when disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or respond to lawful process; and
  • business transaction participants in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell contact-form submissions as a standalone product. Our managed services may involve licensed data and permitted data sharing with contracted clients and providers as described above.

6. Contact submissions and retention

We use contact-form submissions to respond to your inquiry, assess fit, schedule conversations, maintain business records, and follow up about the services you asked about. We generally retain website inquiries for up to 24 months unless a longer period is reasonably needed for an active or prospective business relationship, a contractual or legal obligation, security, fraud prevention, or a dispute.

When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it. We may retain limited suppression information for longer so that we can continue to honor an opt-out request.

7. Opt-out, deletion, suppression, and other requests

You may ask us to stop direct outreach, place your information on a suppression list, correct information, or request access to or deletion of information associated with you. Email info@owlstrategic.ai with the subject line “Privacy Request.” Include enough information for us to understand the request and locate the relevant record, such as the email address or phone number involved and, if applicable, the client or campaign name.

We may need to verify your identity or authority before completing a request. We will respond consistent with applicable law and may retain information where an exception applies, including to protect security, maintain suppression records, complete a transaction, or meet legal obligations. If the request concerns a client-directed campaign, we may direct the request to that client or coordinate with the client.

8. Safeguards

We use administrative, technical, and contractual measures intended to protect information in light of its nature and the way it is used. These measures may include access controls, vendor review, purpose limitations, suppression controls, and oversight procedures. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Third-party links

This site may link to websites or services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this policy.

10. Children

This website and our services are intended for business audiences and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly invite children to submit information through this website.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or applicable requirements change. The “Last updated” date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
